Jonathan Dove’s life-affirming comedy flies north for its Scottish Opera premiere, with all the feel-good flair that garnered the performances at Opera Holland Park such rave reviews in 2015.

Inspired by the same story as Spielberg’s The Terminal, Flight tells the tale of a group of total strangers stranded in an airport during an electrical storm – as tensions rise and their relationships unravel some unexpected discoveries are made… Dove’s vividly inventive score channels a huge range of influences into his own distinctive style – from the fast-paced brilliance of Rossini to Mozart, Ravel and Bernstein.

 * Ticket prices include a contribution to the Theatres Development Fund.  An 80p handling charge will be added if you ask us to post your tickets.

We are grateful to Rowan Glen and the Arts & Business Culture & Business Fund for Scotland for supporting this performance.
